The Cuomo administration has released a detailed list of businesses that will be able to operate in Phase One of the re-opening effort as soon as the regions in which they are located meet the threshold requirements in testing, tracking, and hospital admission rates/ICU availability.
The Phase One businesses include limited construction; manufacturing; agriculture, fishing, forestry and hunting (that had not already been deemed essential and operating during the "PAUSE"); some retail - for curbside pickup only; and wholesale trade.
Additional details can be found here. All four phases can be found below.
The administration is calling on businesses to implement a series of safety precautions to protect both employees and customers alike - everything from reducing workplace density to requiring masks if people are in frequent close contact to screening workers and reporting on any positive Covid-19 cases.
