NY Car Dealers Can Sell Remotely

After lobbying from the New York State Automobile Dealers Association, the Empire State Development late last week amended its essential business guidance to allow car dealers to sell vehicles remotely.

Test drives and show-room visits are still not allowed, and returns must be done by appointment.
